To the requests, especially that of gio_ha who has been bearing some very horrific memory of the Cu Mong pass from her past, this is the latest information I have on Cu Mong.  I have been riding alone through the pass a few times during the twilight and gio_ha's story always sends a chill down my spine; still, it's an exciting journey, as always.



(PS. I think this is the right clip for it, there are too many to choose from that I might make a mistake.  The one in the gallery is surely the correct one, however)

The spikes are to prevent drivers from crossing into the other side, unfortunately, at many locations most of them have been mauled down; that was the last one in line.

Heh, autumng, your honesty is as stunning as your beauty.  In my defense, I had already scanned the road to as far as my eyes could see all-around (not really a legal excuse, mind you) before turning on the camera, in fact, I'm not too keen on zooming on the other side as many close encounters have taught me well.
