Many have asked that why the letters appear in the CAPTCHA image are hard to tell apart especially the input sequence. I can assure you that this is by design to make it extremely hard for the automated bot-hackers to fool around.
It is not a question that the letter are easy to read, however, it's how they are spaced which is at the crux of our security methodological approach. The Captcha test has been around the web for a while, eventually, there are bots that can easily identify letters on a picture, especially when these letters are standing free without "interferences". We can either distort the letters by punching holes, crossing lines or letting them overlap each other, nonetheless, we still have to make them readable for genuine human users.
As of now, worldX is using the overlapping and order of sequence methods, more will be added later. By default, the letters are read on a single pass from left to right, even though they may apear as if they are on two lines. In some cases letters may be displayed in the wrong order, for instance, some are located on the left while in fact they are on the right, but since there are only a few letters you can change the order of the letters until you get it right, or you can just click on the image to get another one which may appear clearer to you. This one small extra step is a little difficult yet surpassable for humans but it amounts to many steps harder for the automated-bots to "calculate", it thus greatly minimizes spamming activities.
Thank you for reading,
worldX.
